We had perfect weather to be out in for the fire dancing that happened between sets.
It was very tribal with all the great drummers

Aiden and Audra are Struggle Mt. residents. She did the fire dancing with Emily, and Aiden was drumming and the second band for the night, with Audra joining in on guitar.
Last year Audra did fire dancing while 9 months pregnant, the baby Jalani will have his first birthday on Nov. 10th. Here he is in his Giraffe costume.

Audra and Emily created a very magical night for everyone with their fire-dancing.Here are some pictures:

Katie, Galen, Mona and friend in the kitchen,
Thank you Galen for the abalone dinner forJody, Elize and those that helped set up,
Galen and Katie also filled in for Mark in cooking crepes in the morning for those who stayed over.
Mark was at the L.A. Resistance Reunion held in L.A. on the same night as our party. We were
also competing with Neil Young's Bridge Concert that night.

Karen Mae showed up early and helped carve a pumpkin and set up the food table.(not this one)
Thank you Karen.
Danny Lynch and Karen made a kitty litter dessert. It even had the scoop to use.I think it was a crumb cake and chocolate pieces for the poop.If you could bring yourself to eat it it was very good, or so says Jim Forsell.
Need a picture, I'm sure somebody got one.
Next year will be our 40th year of the party. It would be nice to have many from the Land Community show up for this one.
Also don't forget our reunion in June. What makes a party are the people attending so please join us so we can keep these events happening.
